As a senior leadership team member at Future Skills Group since 2007, I played a key role in managing and growing the institution over 18 years, consistently maintaining Category I status from NZ Quality Assurance Authority.
From a small revenue base of NZD 1.5 mn to substantial revenue of NZD 30 mn plus, with growth in both export and domestic education, Future Skills Group witnessed several product launches, diversified revenue streams and two start-up ventures.
In the last position as the Group DCE of Future Skills Academy and Auckland International Campus, I led revenue growth, marketing, implemented cutting-edge systems, and drove transformative initiatives. From leading digital transformation to reimagining branding strategies, I oversaw the marketing, communications, and technology teams to ensure exceptional experiences for all stakeholders.

As CEO of Auckland International Campus (New Zealand's largest private-public partnership campus), I was instrumental in establishing the strategic direction with an emphasis on educational excellence and revenue diversification. This included developing pioneering online platforms for learner capability assessment and graduate employability enhancement.

Tech-based capability portfolio platform enhancing graduate employability and skills assessment.
Third-party logistics company providing warehousing and distribution solutions, achieving NZD 6M turnover.
Abandoned start-up in 1999 and reborn as small business solutions provider in 2025 focused on strategy and technology for small to medium businesses.
Developed business plans for Direct Sales Force, identified best practices, and created training modules for the sales team.
Led a team of 25 Financial Planning Advisers, provided sales training, and managed relationships with high-net-worth investors.
Selected for the "Accelerated Leadership Program" by IIM Ahmedabad, became a "Certified LUTC Moderator," and represented Aviva India in Six Sigma Workshops.
